Indigo Accreditations: ISO
15/05/2023Indigo Group
Indigo is committed to providing the highest levels of service to our clients. One of the ways we achieve this is by ensuring we are up to date with industry relevant accreditations.
ISO stands for International Organisation for Standardisation which is an independent, non-governmental organisation. ISO is made up of more than 167 national standard members, with only one expert member per country.
ISO members all have varying expertise across a range of subject matters and have an insight into the needs of the organisations they represent.
Members come together to share knowledge in order to develop and agree voluntary, consensus-based and market relevant International Standards.
International Standards describe the best way of doing something, meaning products and/or services are safe, reliable and good quality.
Indigo is proud to have two ISO accreditations.
ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard.
A Quality Management System defines requirements for business processes to ensure a high standard of product and service delivery. It also gives a framework for continually monitoring and managing the quality of operations and identifying areas for improvement.
By achieving ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, Indigo has demonstrated our commitment to creating and delivering products and services to meet our clients needs, as well as enhancing client’s satisfaction through effective application of the QMS system. This includes processes for continuous improvement. ISO 9001:2015 also ensures Indigo conforms with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
ISO/IEC 27001 is the internationally known standard for information security management systems (ISMS) and their requirements.
Requirements include establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented ISMS.
IT security, cybersecurity and privacy protection is vital for Indigo. By obtaining the ISO/IEC 27001 accreditation, it demonstrates our dedication to protecting information assets by keeping them safe and secure. ISO/IEC 27001 ensures we continually review and refine the way we manage information security by addressing people, processes and technology.
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001 verifies that Indigo has met the requirements set out in International Standards, after undergoing extensive independent validation from global experts.
Clients can be confident in the knowledge that we are providing a secure platform and secure management system. Indigo is committed to continually improving customer experience and improving business and operations, whilst protecting information assets.
