Ian has been the Indigo Group CEO since 2016.
After beginning his career at HMRC he quickly realised he was more suited to life on the other side of the fence. Ian progressed his career with a large independent tax led accountancy firm, then left this job to pursue non-executive roles, take equity stakes in other businesses and form the FRS business in 2014, which Indigo purchased in 2016 to form the Indigo Group.
Ian loves the pace and the work ethic at Indigo.
When away from work, Ian devotes much of his time to family experiences, often centered around holidays and his children.
Beyond his role as a family man, Ian, drawing on his past as a rugby player, actively supports both local and national teams, contributing to the broader rugby community.
Ian enjoys cooking, especially outside in his wood oven.
Liza is the Indigo Group CFO and a Chartered Accountant with almost 20 years of post-qualification experience. With solid foundations in accountancy practice, she joined the Indigo Group in 2013.
Liza lives in Wiltshire with her husband and two energetic football loving teenage boys. As a family, they love to create memories touring the UK with their caravan.
Her favourite hobby is dancing, which has been a lifelong passion, and most recently was the lead dancer and choreographer for a Kylie Minogue tribute act.
Rhys has been Group Operations Director for the Indigo Group since January 2018.
Rhys held the reins at FRS Solutions from the time the company was formed in October 2014, right up until August 2017. He was then promoted to Group Operations Director. Prior to FRS, Rhys spent 12 years at Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council.
Rhys enjoys the fast-paced and challenging environment at Indigo Group.
Drawing on his time as a former player, Rhys passionately supports both local and national rugby teams, contributing a wealth of firsthand knowledge from his involvement in the sport.
Kevin joined the Indigo team in April 2020 to take the lead on technology product development and business change projects.
He brings with him over 25 years of experience gained in a variety of leadership roles for both SMEs and large corporates across the environmental services, recruitment and transport sectors.
When not immersed in Indigo, Kevin directs his energy towards his core interests: the natural environment, outdoor activities and sports.
