MyIndigo | How to Register a New Subcontractor
13/11/2023Indigo Group
Welcome to MyIndigo, the platform that takes the complexity out of workforce management and compliance. Here’s your step-by-step guide on how to register a new subcontractor and ensure seamless compliance while also simplifying payment processes:
When you log in to the Platform, go to My Indigo. You can start the process through the ‘refer a new starter’ button on the homepage under the registration or contractor list columns.
Alternatively, access the ‘Registrations’ or ‘Indigo Contractor List’ section in the left navigational sidebar. The ‘refer a new starter’ is in the top right.
You’ll be prompted to enter the subcontractor’s information. This will include:
Personal Info | Contact |

|
Information with an asterisk* is required information, so make sure you have it to hand when adding a subcontractor.
Once you have added the details, click the ‘Send Request’ button.
After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation message.
Indigo’s registrations team will receive the request and action it.
You can easily track the status of your subcontractor’s documentation in the ‘Previous Referrals’ tab on the registrations page. The platform sends alerts for renewals, keeping everything up to date.
You may need to upload multiple subcontractors simultaneously. As of now, it’s important to note that the platform currently does not support this feature. However, if you wish to contact a team member, they’ll be glad to help you make the required changes.
If you find the need to make changes or updates to an existing subcontractor’s information, there isn’t an option within the platform to directly edit the request that has been sent. In this case, we encourage you to contact our dedicated Indigo registration team. They’ll be happy to assist you in making the necessary adjustments.
We’re committed to improving your experience with MyIndigo and appreciate your feedback and suggestions for feature enhancements. As we work to make the platform even more user-friendly, we’ll keep you updated on any new developments. Your convenience and compliance remain our top priorities.
Following these steps, you’ve successfully registered a new subcontractor on MyIndigo. This process not only streamlines contractor management and compliance but also simplifies payment procedures, ensuring that everyone involved in your projects meets the necessary standards and is ready to receive compensation for their work.
